1 lb. hamburger
Garlic powder or salt
1 T. basil (whole)
1 t. salt
1 lb. can or 2 c. tomatoes diced or whole that you have diced up
2 – 6 oz. cans tomato paste
3/4 c water
* Simmer for 30 minutes- don’t burn

3 c, cottage cheese, small curd (24 oz.)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley flakes (for color)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 t. pepper
* Beat eggs, and then add rest. Set aside.
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 oz lasagna noodles.

In 9 X 13” pan, sprayed, layer 1/4 c. sauce in bottom. Then double layer of noodles. 1/2 cottage cheese mix, 1/2 mozzarella, 1/2 meat sauce. * Repeat*
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Bake at 375˚ for 45 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes.
