"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

3 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Mix ingredients together and add salt and seasonings according to your taste. Make into meatballs. Roll in flour and fry in oil until brown. Put in large pan and then cut up one onion and some carrots and put into oil. Add flour and cold water and let come to a boil. Pour over meatballs and add enough water to cover. I added a couple brown gravy mix to the pan and it gives a little more flavor. Let them cook slowly for a couple of hours or longer. Add potatoes and cook until they are done. You can add celery or any vegetable that you want I like to cook it in a crock pot and let it cook slowly.

This is Grandma Petroch's recipe. When we would go to her house she would start these in the morning and we always knew we would have a great supper.
