Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Prepare a couple of cookie sheets by lining with parchment paper (or silicone baking mats)

Combine melted Earth Balance (or margarine) with white and brown sugars to make a paste.

Add the eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon, and mix until combined.

Add the flour to the mixture a ½ cup at a time until you have a smooth dough.

Mix as many dinosaur sprinkles as will stay in the dough into the dough.

Shape the dough into rounds (or T-Rex heads) and place about an inch or so apart on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º F for about 8 minutes, or until lightly browned on the edges.

Cool on a cookie rack and serve.

Personal Notes:
One day in 2018 Liora and Jesse told me they wanted to make a cool, new cookie recipe, just like on their favorite YouTube show, Nerdy Nummies. They said it was important that the cookies use dinosaur sprinkles (as many as possible), and that they taste like cinnamon. They had many ideas as to measurements for ingredients (like adding in a cup of cinnamon; using 15 eggs; and adding in a whole 5lb bag of sugar), but, their mother helped them fix the recipe to make it edible and tasty. They believe this recipe would make even the dinosaurs happy.

Enjoy!
