3 (8oz) packages Cheddar & Colby cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons soft butter

Directions:
Boil the macaroni until done.
While the macaroni is cooking, shred the cheeses into a bowl and set aside.
Combine the eggs, milk and butter in a bowl and set aside.
Crumble the sausage into a small skillet and cook until just beginning to brown, set aside.
Once the macaroni is done, strain it and add in most of the cheese.
Stir in the egg mixture and then the sausage. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend well.
Pour into a 13x9 baking dish and bake at 350° for about an hour (until cheese is bubbling and brown at the edges.)
About 15 minutes before its done add the remaining cheese on top and finish baking time to melt the top layer of cheese.
Let it cool a few minutes before you try to serve because it will be very hot all the way through.

"My granny made it best and my aunt makes it pretty good too but I added the sausage to it that puts it over the top!"
