3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
3 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a measuring cup, mix flour, salt and pepper.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in garlic powder.
Stir flour mixture into butter until smooth and bubbly.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thick and bubbly.
Pour over meatballs and stir in.

1 batch covers about 3 pounds of meatballs
