1 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg (for each pound of meat)
Italian Flavoured Bread Crumbs
Montreal Steak Spice
Roasted Garlic & Pepper Spice
French Onion Soup Mix (1 package for 2 pounds meat)
2-3 Onions, chopped

Directions:
**I do not measure the spices, I just eye it. I pour until the top of the meat is covered for each spice and ten mix it in. I test it by cooking one meatball and adding based on taste**

Mix all ingredients together. Form into the shape of a ball and fry up.
