4.5 lbs sweet potatoes
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter - separated
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
2 eggs well beaten
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 tablespoon flour
Directions:
Directions:
Boil & mash sweet potatoes with milk, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup butter

Topping:
-Mix 2 tablespoons butter, flour, pecans, flour, brown sugar - Spread sugar/nut mixture on top of sweet potatoes in casserole dish.

Cook for about an hour (375 degrees)
