1 pkg full-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup ghee
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar

In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and ghee together. When smooth, slowly blend in the icing sugar and vanilla, adding a bit of hot water or milk if the mixture is too thick to create a spreadable consistency.
