1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon almond flavoring
2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter

Optional: sprinkles, cookie cutters

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and cream of tarter and set aside
2. Mix the powdered sugar and margarine with mixer
3. Add the egg, vanilla, and almond flavoring
4. Add the flour mixture
5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
6. Option 1:Separate dough into even balls
Option 2: Roll out dough, cut with cookie cutters, and top with sprinkles
7. Bake in the oven on 375ºF for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown
