2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 t. cornstarch
1 t. vanilla

9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Heat milk and vanilla to boiling point. Separate eggs. Beat yolks and 1 white slightly. Beat 1 egg white to a stiff peak- add 1 T. sugar and beat again. Add altogether with hot milk and sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 475' for 10 minutes, then 300' till done.
