Ingredients:  
1 Large bag of stuffing bread (I prefer Martin’s Potato Stuffing Mix)
1 Stick of Butter
1 Large Onion, diced small
1 Cup diced celery
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
Chicken broth/stock (enough to just moisten the mixture)
Poultry Season to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauté pan, add onion, garlic and celery and sauté till softened.
Add the poultry seasoning (its potent so be careful) and mix well with the onion, garlic and celery.
In large bowl add the stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, and about 1 cup of the broth (you may need more to moisten not wet the stuffing mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and stuff your bird.
You may need to double the recipe for bigger birds.
