2 C mashed potatoes
3 C water from the boiled potatoes
1/2 C warm water (105º - 115º)
2 Tbsp dry yeast
1 C oatmeal
1/4 C butter, room temperature
1/2 C honey or molasses (I use half & half)
2 Tbsp salt
3 C whole wheat or rye flour
5 or 6 C white flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Bake in oven at 350º F for about 55 minutes.
