1 turkey or pork keilbasa

6 large carrots

4 large onions

6 large potatoes

Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Clean, peel and chop vegetables into 2 inch chunks

Slice kielbasa into bite size slices

Toss all in a half cup of vegetable oil

Place on cookie sheet

Cook 30 mins turning once
