2 slightly beaten eggs
3 T sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanila
1-1/2 c milk
4 T maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except maple syrup. Pour 1 T maple syrup into 4 custard cups. Pour mixture into custard cups. Bake in pan of hot water that goes half way up the side of the cups. Chill. Turn custard out upside down in serving dish.

The original recipe had no oven temp or time. Research had shown 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
