2 Egg whites
dash salt
4 T sugar
1/2 c shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy, add salt. Continue beating until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add in sugar. Fold in coconut. Drop by large spoonfuls into shallow bake pan with the bottom just covered with cold water. Bake in oven at 325 for 15 minutes or until brown. Float on top of chilled custard
