1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 T minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Sauce:
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly the beef, pork, onion, crumbs, parsley, milk, seasonings, and egg. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in vegetable oil in heavy skillet. Remove meatballs from pan and stir flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into the hot fat. Stir in water and sour cream. return meatballs to sauce; cook 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
