8oz sour cream
1 bag of frozen O'Brien cubed potatoes
2 cups of shredded cheddar (save some for the top)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
sliced green onion for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Save about 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on the top.
Season the mixture to your liking.
Put potato mixture into a 13x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and green onion on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
