1 1/2 c. Butter softened no substitution (no margarine)
2 c.packed brown sugar
1 c. Sugar
1 can of 15oz pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
4 c. Flour
2 c. Quick cooking oatmeal (Quaker Oats)
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 c of 12 oz of chocolate chips

Pre heat oven 350º. Cook for 10-12 minutes depending on oven
In a large mixing bowel cream butter and sugars together
Next add the 1 egg & vanilla
Beat it for a minute
Put in a separate bowl put flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt & oatmeal whisk it together and mixed together
Add the dry mix to the wet mix a little at a time till it is all mixed together add chocolate chips last
Drop Tablespoon of mixer to a un greased cookie sheet/ parchment paper
