1 whole chicken
3 stalks of celery, sliced and chopped
2-3 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. of Kluski Noodles,( Cub)
1 box of chicken broth
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 pkg. Bear Creek Chicken Noodle Soup

Day 1---Using an 8 qt. kettle, cover the whole chicken with water and add a little salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for about an hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove the chicken to a cake pan. Strain and refrigerate the broth. (covered). After the chicken is cooled, remove the skin and take the meat off of the bones. Cover and refrigerate the meat.
Day 2--Skim off any fat that has collected on this pan. Return the broth to an 8 qt. pan. Add the purchased chicken broth. (about 32 oz, container) You should have about 2/3 to 3/4 of a pan of liquid at this point.(add water if necessary) Add in the carrots, celery and onion and allow to simmer until the vegetables are tender. (may take an hour) Add all spices, along with the Bear Creek Soup Mix, using a wisk. Simmer for 10 min.. Turn heat to medium high, add in 1/2 bag of Kluski Noodles and cook for 10 min. or until noodles are softened. Turn heat to low simmer and allow to cook for 1/2 hour.

This chicken noodle soup is a family favorite. It may sound like it takes a great deal of time, but is really isn't too bad. It is important to strain the broth so no bones get in your soup. Jeremy has had in-person training so he is your go to guy!! You may have to adjust seasonings to meet your family's taste.
