Scald 2 cups milk
1 cup crisco-allow to melt in scalded milk, then let set until lukewarm.

ADD: 6 eggs, 2 pkgs. of yeast or 4 teaspoons (if you have bulk yeast), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, approx. 10 cups flour. Work dough about 10 mins.
Let rise until double - about 2 hours. Punch down, let rise again for 1/2 hour. Roll out into circle - cut into wedges. Roll up starting at the wide end going toward the pointed end.

Bake 350 degree F. 10-15 minutes
