14 C. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients first. Then mix the "wet" ingredients together. Then mix them together. I usually 3 or 4 times this recipe. Put onto a large baking sheet and put in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes, I stir it around so it cooks evenly. After it cools, I add raisins or cranberry/raisins. Great with milk or yogurt.
