2 C sugar
1 C white syrup
1 C water
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 baking soda
1 C peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and water together. Boil to 235º F. Add butter and salt. Boil to 290º F. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Spread peanuts across a buttered pan, pour syrup mixture on top. Allow to cool and cut in squares.
