2 c flour
2 c old fashioned oats
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c butter (softened)
1 c brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 t vanilla
1-1/3 c butterscotch chips (12oz pkg)
1 cup cashews toasted (heat-dry for 5-6 minutes) and coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Add dry ingredients into wet until well combined. Stir in cashews and butterscotch chips.

Drop by teaspoon on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in 350º oven for about 13 minutes
