1 C. butter, softened
1 1/2 C. confectioners sugar
1 egg. lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 C. flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts. Stir in flour, mix well. Chill several hours.

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/4" thickness, cut with cookie cutters. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yields about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
