Cookies-
2 cups softened butter (not melted)
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons almond extract
2 cups sugar
6 teaspoons baking powder
7 cups flour

Frosting-
2 cups cream cheese
5 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 sticks softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cookies-
1. Combine butter, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract and sugar. Mix well.
2. SLOWLY add in baking powder & flour
3. Refridgerate dough for 1 hour. Cut the dough into 6 different parts and roll them out and wrap saran wrap
4. bake for 6-7 minutes at 375º

Frosting-
1. Mix all the ingredients well
2. Divide into separate bowls to add food coloring
