Salad
3 – 4 chicken breast (cook in water or grill)
1 head lettuce – chopped up
½-1 pkg. won ton skins
3-6 green salad onion
3 oz sliced almonds
¼ c. sesame seeds

Dressing
8 Tbsp. sugar
8 Tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 cup oil

Salad:
Slice won tons into ¼ inch strips, fry in oil until brown. Keep in covered bowl until ready to serve to keep crisp. Brown sesame seeds and almonds under broiler or microwave until light brown. Watch so they don’t burn. Add won tons just before serving (break into small pieces).

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients except oil together in pan, cook till sugar dissolves, then add oil. Let cool and pour on salad.
