1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
1/8 tsp. salt
3 T. sugar
4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, sugar, salt and 1 c. milk together in a large heavy saucepan. Stir often over very low heat until the milk is absorbed (let each cup of milk be absorbed before adding the next). Stir often and DO NOT BOIL. Serve pudding hot or cold with cream, sugar and cinnamon.
