2 package dry yeast
1 1/2 cup milk
6 tsp shortening
4 1/2 cup flor
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/2 cp of warm water. Scald milk and shortening. Add sugar and salt. Stir until shortening cools to lukewarm. Add 1 cup flour. Add yeast and beaten eggs. Beat well and add enough flour about 1 1/2 cups to make a soft dough. Turn out on a lightly floured surface and knead until satiny. Place dough in greased bowl. Lightly grease top of dough. Cover and let rise for until double in size. Punch down and divide into 2 parts. Resting period makes dough easy to handle. Roll out each section of dough and add butter and cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll and cut rolls. Place in a pan and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with icing,
