1 Lb Ground Chicken
1 TBS Fennel Seeds
1 Small Onion Sauteed
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs soaked in milk
dash salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning
mozzarella for topping
small bottle Raos sauce

6-8 Large Mushroom Caps

Clean out mushroom
bake upside down 350º oven 10 - 15 minutes

Take rolled up Sausage mixture, roll in a ball and stuff mushrooms
Bake 15 minutes

Put mozzarella on top and bake 10-15 minutes

serve over bed of warmred sauce ( Rao's)
