¾ cup shortening
1 ½ cup milk
MELT IN MICROWAVE AND COOL
4 eggs beaten
½ cup of sugar (if making cinnamon rolls double the sugar)
2 yeast cakes (2 tbsp) dissolved in 1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
6 cups flour








Directions:

Melt shortening and milk in microwave and then cool.
Beat the 4 eggs
and the sugar and milk mixture, stir.
Add yeast mixture and salt
Add the flour 1 cup at a time and mix. This will be a wet sticky dough. Grandma always said it should fall off the sides.

Let the dough raise twice.

350º 20 to 30 minutes
