1 1/2-2 lbs. brussel sprouts
1/2 stick butter
2-4 tsp. dried rubbed sage, depending on taste

Directions:
Clean brussel sprouts. Remove and preserve four or five outer leaves, then cut sprouts into quarters. Blanch quartered sprouts and outer leaves until tender then fry in butter/sage mixture until heated through.
