1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan melt together sugars, milk, corn syrup and butter, stirring till smooth. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Fold in pecans and coconut, stir 3-4 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls on parchment paper, let set. Makes about 2 1/2 doz. cookies.

These are sticky, waxed paper stuck to the bottom, so I would use parchment paper. Also, I think these would be really good with dark chocolate drizzled over them.
