2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 cups chopped apples (you can use any kind but I use red delicious)
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
1. Sift flour
2. Add these to the flour after sifting; soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon
3. Put sugar in a mixing bowl
4. Add cooking oil & eggs; mix well
5. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend (it will be dry)
6. Add apples & vanilla flavoring & mix well
7. Add pecans & mix well.
8. Pour batter in a greased & floured bundt pan. Bake for 350º for 1 hour.
