1 pkg dried beef lunchmeat
2-8 oz cream cheese softened
1 sm onion (minced)
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into small pieces. Mix beef, cream cheese and onion. Form into ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Chill overnight. Serve with your favorite crackers.

I roll the cheese ball in the pecans to make it look pretty. I always thought it looked more appealing like that. I made this cheese ball for many years for Christmas Eve.
