1 qt. whole milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine above ingredients and cook slowly in double boiler until the eggs coagulate. Drain through a large cheesecloth and hang up for about three hours to drain. Store covered in refrigerator until mealtime, then slice into thin pieces to serve.
