2 c. flour
1 c. oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. chocolate morsel (semi sweet)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream butter, add sugars beating until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Alternate dry ingredients and pumpkin mixing well after each addition. Stir in morsel. Drop 1/4 c. dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread into pumpkin shape using metal spatula. Add bit more dough for stem. Bake 20 - 25 min until firm and brown. Remove from sheet and cool.

Decorate using icing or peanut butter to affix candies, raisins or nuts for face.
