3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup Crisco
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in bowl, Beat at medium speed until mixed well, add egg beat until just blended, combine flour, salt and baking soda, add to creamed mixture at low speed. Drop on greased cookie sheet, flatten with fork. Bake in 375º oven 7 to 8 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing from pan., (can add 1 cup of M and M's)
