Grandma Hiller's Sour Cream Tarts Recipe

2 c flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
½ pt sour cream
Solo Filling of your choice
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix flour, softened butter, softened margarine and sour cream by hand. Refrigerate this dough until chilled through.

Roll out the dough and cut into 2 inch squares with a fluted pastry cutter. Fill center of each square with ½ tsp Solo filling. Bring one corner over filling, bring opposite corner over top. (Make sure not to add a lot of flour while rolling out)

Bake at 325º 15-20 min, until just turning light brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.

The dough is very soft, so refrigerate between batches.

Grandma Hiller made these for most get-togethers. She usually made apricot, strawberry, prune, poppy seed or nut. They were always perfect when she made them.
