1 can red beets (16 oz.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. + 2 Tbs. vinegar
1-2 stick cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beet juice, sugar, vinegar in a pan.
Bring ingredients to a boil stirring constantly.
Cool slightly and pour over hard cooked eggs and red beets in a large jar.
Add cinnamon sticke.
Cool then refrigerate.

** Cook eggs and shell ahead of time.
