Personal Notes:
Updated version-Mix 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, ½ cup of water, 1tbs of honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Simply add the apple cider vinegar to warm water and heat over medium heat. Then add the honey and freshly squeezed lemon to enrich the taste. Add the other constituents, stir well and drink on a daily basis.
The active ingredient present in the cayenne pepper is a compound known as capsaicin, which helps in reducing nasal and mucus congestion.

Add fresh Ginger, salt

Flu/Cold Tea Bombs

Ingredients:
2 whole lemons (peeled)
2 large bunches of fresh ginger
1 whole head of garlic
2 tablespoons of turmeric
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 ½ tablespoons of cayenne pepper ( if you want it spicy! )
½ tablespoon of ACV
1 ½ tablespoons of honey
3 cups of water

Instructions:

1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a cheesecloth, as a fine mesh sieve may leave some sediment behind.
2. Pour the blended and strained mixture into a silicone muffin tray, filling each section with about 1/8 cup of the mixture.
3. Freeze the tray until solid. Any extra can be used right away to make tea—it turned out delicious!
4. The tea has a bit of a kick due to the cayenne pepper, so feel free to adjust the amount if you prefer a milder flavor.
5. You can find more precise recipes online, but I was focused on making a large batch to freeze for future use.
