20 chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. sherry or vermouth
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic juice or 1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry the wings. Separate the wings into 2 parts. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Mix all of the ingredients and pour over the wings. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, turning once. Can be kept warm, on low, in a crock pot.

Tip: You can probably use cooking sherry instead of alcohol sherry and it can be found in a grocery store.
