1/2 C (1 stick) plus 6 Tbsp soft butter
3/4 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 Tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
3 C Quaker oats

Using a teaspoon, spoon mixture onto cookie sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes at 350
