2 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
12 Ounces Chocolate Chips
4 Ounces Grated Hershey Bar
1 ½ Cup Nuts Chopped (pecan or walnut)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease or use parchment paper on cookie sheet. In large mixing bowl mix oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. When mixed, add butter, and both sugars. Mix. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in chips, Hershey’s and nuts. Place 2 Tablespoons of mixture, 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
