1 Box Betty Crocker* Gluten Free chocolate chip cookie mix
1 Egg
½c. Butter softened
1tsp. Vanilla
½c. Peanut butter
Minature chocolate-covered peanut butter cup candies, unwrapped (about 60)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oven to 375ºF.
2.Place mini paper baking cup in each of 24 mini muffin cups.
3.In a large bowl, mix cookie mix, egg, butter and vanilla with a spoon. Stir in peanut butter.
4.Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place in the muffin cups.
7.Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until just lightly browned.
8.Immediately press peanut butter cup candy into the centre of each cookie.
9.Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to cooling rack; cool completely and repeat with remaining dough.
