1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup softened butter
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugat
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a baking sheet with edges.
Whisk flour, cocoa powder and baking soda together in a bowl.
Cream butter, sugars, egg and extract together until smooth and creamy. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until dough is just incorporated.
Spread dough out onto prepared baking sheet
Bake in preheated oven until set, about 14 minutes.
Cool completely and crumble as desired.
Store in airtight container or zip lock bag.

Great to use for ice cream cake layer and for crumbles that look like dirt for cakes or cupcakes. Tastes like oreo cookies without the filling.
