1 White Cake Mix
½ cup Sour Cream
1 Egg
3 tbsp Maraschino Cherry Juice
¼ tsp Almond Extract
½ cup Maraschino Cherries, chopped

Icing
¼ cup Butter, softened
2½ - 3 cups Confectionary Sugar
1-2 tbsp Cherry Juice
1-3 tbsp Whole Milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Chop cherries and set aside.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together, fold in cherries. Dropped by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 12 minutes, cool completely.

Mix the icing ingredients until smooth consistency. Top cookie with icing and garnish with a quarter cherry.
