½ lb dough
¼ lb pepperoni, sliced
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
Egg
Poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roll out dough - very stretchy - may take several times - let sit in between rolling out.
2. Place pepperoni all over and cover with cheese.
3. Roll like jelly roll.
4. Tuck tails (can be frozen at this point).
5. Brush with egg and poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
6. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
