2-3 bunches kale
2 lbs. ground pork (unseasoned)
2-3 large potatoes - diced
1 lg. onion - chopped
1 carrot - coarsely grated
2 sm. cans beef broth
2 sm. cans chicken broth
MSG, salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash kale & remove large stems, chop & scald for 2 min. Spray with cold water and set aside to drain.

Hear pork in dutch oven until it loses it's pink color. Drain grease. Add onion, kale and liquids with MSG, salt & pepper.

Simmer covered for 30 min.

Add potatoes, carrots & simmers for for additional 30 min.
