2½c. All-purpose flour
1tsp. Baking soda
½tsp. Salt
2 Sticks of unsalted butter at room temperature
1c. Light brown sugar, packed
½c. Sugar
2tsp. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs at room temperature
1c. White chocolate chips
1c. Peanut butter chips
½c. Reese's* pieces

Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2.Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
3.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
4.Add the sugars, vanilla, and butter to a large bowl. Mix until light and fluffy. About 2 minutes.
5.Add the eggs and beat quickly, about 30 seconds, until just combined.
6.Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Then beat the egg mixture for another 30 seconds.
7.Gently fold in the flour mixture with a rubber spatula. Stirring only until flour begins to disappear.
8.Fold in white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's pieces.
9.Form dough into balls about 3tbsp. each and place on a baking sheet.
10.Bake for 11 minutes or until golden at the edges.
