Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil (canola or vegetable
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1 tsp baking powder
3 1/4 or more flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in order provided until rolling consistency. Place cookies on lightly greased cookie sheets and dust with granulated sugar. I don't put sugar on them until after they are baked and then its dusting of icing sugar only.. Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes or more. It depends on cookie sheet and desired.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I don't listen to their instructions of adding the ingredients in order. The consistency is totally different but they seem to roll out better for using the cookie cutter and aren't as sticky.

Weird doing it the wrong way makes the cookies not rise so much and then they can be thinner like I like them.
